Privacy and data handling.
A short, transparent read on what data the desk collects, what it doesn't, and how to ask for anything to be removed.
Three categories of data, transparently.
The desk is editorial. The desk is not a platform. The data the desk handles is the data any website handles by default — and nothing more.
Standard access logs
Every web request produces a server log entry: IP, user agent, requested URL, response code, and timestamp. Logs are retained for 30 days and used only for security and capacity planning.
No tracking cookies
The desk does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party advertising tags. The page works fully without cookies enabled.
Contact submissions
Messages sent to the desk's contact address are stored for as long as the editorial thread is active. The desk does not share contact submissions with any third party.
Third-party services
The desk uses Google Fonts to load the site's typography. The font request is a standard HTTPS request to Google's CDN, and the user-agent and IP are visible to Google. The desk does not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising tag.
Affiliate links
Operator guide pages (app, download, bonus code, login) include links to the brand's official channels. Some links may be affiliate links — meaning the desk may receive a small commission if a reader signs up. This is disclosed on every page that uses affiliate links, and the editorial read is independent of the commercial relationship.
Data retention and removal
Server logs are retained for 30 days. Contact submissions are retained for as long as the editorial thread is active. The desk deletes contact submissions on request, typically within a week. To request deletion, send the contact address with the email thread or subject you'd like removed.
Children's privacy
Fantasy cricket is a game for adults. The desk's content is not directed at children under 18, and the desk does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to the desk, contact the desk and the submission will be removed.
Changes to this policy
Material changes to the privacy policy are reflected in the "last updated" date at the bottom of the policy. The desk does not retroactively change how previously collected data is handled — changes apply forward.
Privacy is part of the editorial standard.
The desk collects only what the page needs, retains what the law requires, and discloses everything else.
Where to read next.
The privacy policy sits between the editorial standards page and the terms. Pair it with these.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have one or more of the rights below. The desk responds to verifiable requests within the statutory window.
Right to access
Ask what personal data the desk holds about you. The desk responds with the categories and the source of each item within the statutory window.
Right to rectification
Ask the desk to correct inaccurate data. The desk applies the correction to active records and notes the change in the correction log.
Right to erasure
Where retention is not regulator-required, ask the desk to delete your data. The desk confirms deletion in writing once the request is processed.
What the desk does not do
The desk does not sell, share, or trade reader data with any third party. The desk does not load third-party advertising tags, third-party analytics scripts, or third-party social widgets that track the reader. The desk's content is editorial, not commercial — and the privacy stance matches.
How to request data removal
To request removal of any data the desk holds, send the contact address with the email thread or subject you'd like removed. The desk responds within a week and confirms deletion within 30 days. Material requests (full account removal, all contact history) are processed within 14 days.
International readers
The desk's servers are located in regions with strong data protection laws. The desk's data handling practices apply to all readers regardless of jurisdiction, and the desk does not transfer reader data to jurisdictions with weaker protections. International readers have the same data rights as domestic readers.
Children's privacy.
The desk's audience is adult. The desk does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Where a submission is identified as under 18, the desk deletes the record on receipt.
No targeted advertising
The desk does not run behaviourally targeted advertising. Editorial content is reachable to any visitor regardless of profile data.
No third-party data brokers
The desk does not buy or sell personal data through data brokers. Audience data is collected through first-party analytics only.
No cross-site tracking
The desk does not embed cross-site tracking pixels or share audience identifiers with third parties for advertising purposes.
