How the desk records a support interaction.
The desk does not pretend to have tested every channel. Instead we keep an evidence log: who we wrote to, what we asked, when we got a reply, and what was resolved. The log is published as dated entries so readers can compare their own experience.
- Date and time of first contact (with timezone).
- Channel used and ticket reference if issued.
- Question asked and the language it was asked in.
- Response timestamp and the substance of the answer.
- Whether the issue was resolved in one contact, multiple, or stalled.
Where the desk has not yet contacted a channel, we mark the entry as "untested" rather than describing behaviour we have not observed.
