How the desk reads company material.
Operator-published material is the starting point, not the conclusion. The desk cross-checks licensing numbers on the regulator's own register, treats the operator's self-description as a marketing artefact, and marks fields as unknown when the operator does not publish them. The aim is to keep the table useful rather than flattering.
- Always verify licence numbers on the regulator's own site.
- Treat beneficial-ownership gaps as gaps, not as red flags by default.
- Note the verification date — anything over a year old needs a re-check.
